The main topic of this episode is about truth; I know that word is thrown around more often then not; that however does not mean that it doesn't still carry weight. The truth is the truth and can not be denied it's power! In life we have people whom speak life and people whom speak death. You can tell them by the their conversations; life speakers always look for the better or more productive things and are encouraging, you know them. Then those that are death speakers do mainly the opposite. Let's put it this way if someone is trying to talk to you and you question in your mind "what do they want" you should then pose the question " should I allow them to speak in my life? If you feel drained once you finished listening to them then recognize that they are meaning you no good. Hold the things in your heart that you should and let go of the things that mean you no good.
